With the Staffing Model, TAG iCON employs the candidate on your behalf and handles all the administrative work, payroll, tax compliance, legal fees, currency conversion, and benefits under local labor law. You pay one predictable monthly fee based on weekly hours (10, 20, or 40), covering both the candidate's salary and TAG iCON's services. If a candidate isn't working out, we replace them within one to two weeks at no extra cost, anytime. You stay in charge of the candidate's day-to-day work; we handle everything else.
The Recruitment Model
With the Recruitment Model, TAG iCON headhunts and vets a candidate built specifically for your needs, then hands off a direct relationship: the candidate works as an independent contractor for your business, with no ongoing markups on their pay. You handle compliance (like collecting a W-8BEN) and pay the candidate directly. Every placement comes with a six-month replacement guarantee. Once hired, you manage the candidate's work, payroll, and performance going forward.
